De Leo’s post-match thoughts

Emilio De Leo had the following to say following Bologna’s win at the Mazza:

“When we manage to express our footballing quality to the fullest extent, the result is a natural consequence of this. Indeed, what we need to insist on is bringing consistency to our performances. We have a group which also contains very young players with unbridled enthusiasm, and they’re developing alongside more experienced guys.  This team is a reflection of its Coach: both don’t sit around waiting for their destiny, they attack head-on and go again stronger. Sitting deep isn’t part of our game, being aggressive is our identity.”
