Statement from the Chairman

With the naming of the new Board of Directors, the first three-year phase of our ownership of the club has come to an end. It’s been an important time in which issues related to reorganisation of the club and financial restructuring were dealt with and the Board’s make-up reflected the needs that were in place since acquisition.

On this, I want to thank from the bottom of my heart  Claudio Fenucci, Joe Marsilii, Anthony Rizza, Luca Bergamini, Luigi Marchesini and Gianluca Piredda for their precious contribution over these years in the Board. Those who will not continue in the new Board will continue to collaborate with the club in their specialist areas.

With the naming of a new Board for the next three years, we wanted to make the club operate more similarly to other private entities in my group where the boards are smaller and consist of operative figures. For this, Anthony Rizza remains as a representative of the minority American group which has followed me on this wonderful adventure.
