Mbangula’s post-match reaction

Samuel Mbangula, the Player of the Match, spoke after the win: “I’m absolutely delighted. This is the best night of my life. I’ve scored my first hat-trick and I hope it won’t be my last. It’s a fantastic win, and doing it at San Siro makes it even more special because it’s such a difficult place to play. Palladino gives us confidence. We know that everyone has a chance to play under him, and our strength is our team spirit. We showed that today because we never gave up. The home win will come. We just need to keep working hard and giving everything, as we have been doing.”
