Bologna vs. Inter, 1271 tickets voided and refunded

In light of the reduction in the capacity of sports facilities, 1271 tickets that had already been sold in excess of the 50% limit will be voided. The criterion observed for the cancellation is reverse chronological: starting from the last ticket purchased and going back until the necessary number is reached. By clicking on the link related to the stand where the ticket was purchased, you can check whether the ticket is among those that have been cancelled.

The owners of voided tickets purchased online will be refunded automatically with a transfer to their credit card; those who have purchased at vendors,  from tomorrow 04/01 until 22/01, will be able to activate the online refund procedure via this link (https://shop.vivaticket.com/ita/rimborsi). The information required will be the ticket details and an IBAN reference after which the ticket will be refunded in full.

Season ticket holders in the Bulgarelli Curva whose number exceeds the current maximum capacity, which is 50% of the total, will be moved to the Distinti sector.

A new placeholder (valid only for the match against Inter) will be automatically uploaded on the Fidelity card, containing their new seat details for the match. This place card must be printed out in order to know where to sit. To access the turnstile of the Distinti, fans will be required to use the Fidelity card as per usual.

For the Tribuna sector, where the number of tickets sold does not reach 50%, some tickets will still be available for purchase from tomorrow.
