This is what Vincenzo Italiano had to say after the home draw with Empoli: “Today, the team once again displayed spirit and energy; we maintained control of the ball and gave very few opportunities away. However, we’re currently struggling to avoid conceding. We only let Empoli have two or three shots but need to be more attentive. We had some clear-cut chances in the box but once again lacked a bit of ruthlessness. The performance was there, but we need to carry on growing in many respects.”
