Tomorrow, “Bologna for Community” tackling violence against women with disabilities

On the occasion of the International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women, a special initiative of “Bologna For Community” will be staged tomorrow at Dall’Ara: for #BFCVenezia, the stadium escort service will be entirely dedicated to the fight against violence against women with disabilities.

Thanks to the partnership with AIAS Bologna ONLUS and CHIAMA chiAMA, the service of the MondoDonna Onlus Association for combatting violence against women with disabilities, Bologna and PMG Italia want to say “NO to violence against women” all together.

“Bologna For Community” will accompany some women to the Stadium who will be representing all those with disabilities who cannot enjoy something as simple as a day out amongst the company of others. The Vice President of the Region Elly Schlein, the Vice Mayor Emily Clancy, members of the council and businessmen from Bologna will also participate, united in a symbolic embrace with all the women who fight every day to escape violence.
