#BFCMILAN: HOW TO GET A REFUND

Bologna FC 1909 announces that tickets for #BFCMilan purchased will remain valid for the rescheduled match.
Those who would instead like a refund can request one from 1 to 15 November exclusively by filling in this form https://shop.vivaticket.com/it/rimborsi.

The procedure is valid for all purchases (web, physical vendors) and the request must be made by indicating the fiscal seal of your ticket (or the fidelity number to which it is attached) and a valid IBAN to which the total amount will be transferred.

Refunds of the ticket cost, with the exception of service fees, will be made normally within the first week of December.

Accreditations (federal cards, observers, persons with disabilities) and complimentary tickets will not be valid for the rescheduled match; those who had requested them will have to repeat the process in the rescheduled window that will be announced once the new date is known.
