Sinisa Mihajlovic spoke after today’s win away to Genoa: “We started to concede some goals with three games to go, then through no fault but our own, we lost the last two games which still hurts me. I am delighted we managed to run out winners, especially after making the decision to play seven next-gen prospects today. Hopefully, their future is with Bologna. This was also our thirteenth clean sheet of the season which is a great achievement and a massive congratulations to all our fans. Congratulations to our players that took to the pitch today, but also to the Genoa players who have shown great fight despite their relegation. My future? I wish to be judged on what I do, so on Monday evening I will meet with the board again. It takes two to tango, so we’ll see what happens”.
