Sansone: “Finally a home win, let’s keep it up”

Nicola Sansone was one of the players to discuss today’s win over Cagliari:

“A home win. Finally! Now, let’s continue down this path. We wanted the three points today for our morale and for the fans who sent us a message by turning up in numbers. We responded on the pitch, if we’re all together and united we can get out of the relegation zone.”

“Today, I made an assist for Roberto who had been looking to score for some time. The important thing was to get the win, we all attack and everyone makes their contribution. We always play to win, but winning was the only option today.”

“On Saturday, we’re away at Torino which will be tough because they’re a very compact side and don’t concede many but we can show what we can do.”
