We had a good Europa League campaign this season, only losing to Aston Villa, who are in the final, while things have been tougher for us in the league. We could have done more because this team deserved more.”
Vincenzo Italiano had this to say after the win against Napoli: “I’m happy for Johnny, I told him to come on and bring his quality and unpredictability, and he did exactly that – he was outstanding. We responded well after a tough spell, played a great first half, then Napoli got back into it, but in the end we had the final say.”
