NEW TICKET RESALE SERVICE FOR SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
Starting this season, a new service will be available for holders of digital season tickets with Bologna FC 1909. If you are unable to attend a match, in addition to the user exchange procedure (where permitted), you will now have the option to resell your ticket for individual games. Simply follow these steps:
- Access your season ticket through the Bologna FC 1909 app.
- In the top right menu, select “RESELL MY SEAT” and choose the season ticket you wish to put up for sale.
- Select the match for which you want to resell your seat.
- Click “Put on Sale,” and the seat will be immediately available for purchase. This choice cannot be changed within the first 24 hours. After this period, you can withdraw the seat from sale at any time.
Resale Timing:
- If matches are listed as unsellable under “Resell My Seat,” don’t worry. The resale platform is typically activated 6-7 days before the match.
- If your seat remains unsold 48 hours before kickoff, it will automatically be returned to you, and you can use your season ticket.
Seat Sale:
- You will be notified by email when your seat is sold.
- The amount received, in the form of a voucher, will be 50% of the sale price of the seat.
- Starting from the sixth day after the event, the credit will be available in the wallet of your personal area and can be used to purchase tickets and/or season tickets.
- The total accumulated credit will be valid for 365 days and can be reviewed at any time in the Subscription area of the app.
