Motta’s post-match comments

Thiago Motta spoke following today’s defeat: “Udinese profited a lot from our errors, we gave away too many fast transitions and they did well to bring the game home. Today we were lacking in all areas, we didn’t create chances or push forward well. We never managed to do what we wanted to do to get through a defence that knows how to do their jobs. We will accept this result and keep working”.
