Lyanco: “The Empoli match is vital”

Here’s what Lyanco had to say after today’s match:

“We did well in the first half and created many opportunities. In the second half, we managed to score and now we’re five points clear of the bottom three.  We’ll return to training on Tuesday, from which point we’ll only be thinking about the game against Empoli, a vital one for us. We are a united group and showed this today out on the pitch: this is a different Bologna that wants to win. Today, the support from the crowd was vital: they created a great atmosphere and this allowed us to play with calm heads. Upon arriving at Bologna, I knew that it would represent an opportunity for me to play and prove my worth. I hope that it continues like this for me, I want to give everything for this team.”
