Dzemaili: “We’ll fight for this shirt and these fans”

Blerim Dzemaili after the game in Udine:

“We played well for 60 minutes but we leave beaten again. We need points but we have to take the positives from this game. The Coach told us to be more compact, to speak more and to link up between the different positions which we failed to do at the end and we conceded. We all need to give something extra but I’m positive. We have room to improve but we need a win for morale and confidence.”

“On Sunday against Cagliari, we need to go out and give everything to win at all costs, perhaps by playing less well while getting a result. When the Coach arrived he spoke a lot with me and I’ve always trained well, it was important for me to show who I am. I want to fight for this shirt and these fans. To see so many fans here today was immense, we all want to stay up together. Now, there are games coming up where we can’t get anything wrong and I’m sure that we won’t.”
