Bfc & Isokinetic for health
Bfc & Isokinetic for health is the project between Bologna FC 1909 and Isokinetic Medical group for sportspeople of any age or standard with eleven messages for health from the world of football.
In the message “train with passion,” from Ladislav Krejci, the focus was on the monitoring that takes place with Isokinetic and cardiovascular activity in recovery work. Every patient will receive a personalized training plan according to their aerobic and anerobic needs as determined from the initial test on a treadmill or stationary bike.
