Avenatti: “To lose like that really hurts”

Felipe Avenatti after the match: “We’re very disappointed, we played a very good game in the home of Sampdoria. It’s not easy for anyone here at Marassi and their home record speaks to that. To lose that way in the 90th minute really hurts, we won’t talk about it but we’ll see the positive aspect. Such a performance is comforting and we’ll need to repeat it in Cagliari to get the points that we missed out on tonight. There are only three days and then we’re straight back in action, so we’re already looking to Sunday. I’m happy with effort but I need to look for goal more often and be more determined in the box.”
