Vignato starts for Italy U21s

In the 1-1 draw in the friendly match against Japan at Castel di Sangro, Emmanuel Vignato was named in the starting XI and came off in the 63rd minute, whilst Andrea Cambiaso was also subbed on at the start of the second half.
