Udinese vs. Bologna: Sansone’s post-match reaction

This is Nicola Sansone had to say speaking to Dazn at the final whistle: “It’s a win we so desperately wanted, Bologna haven’t won here in Udine for seven years. We knew it was going to be a tough game, but despite going a goal behind we believed we could come back.
Udinese are a very physical side so to beat them we had to keep the ball on the ground. The fightback came down to having the right mentality in the end, and never giving up until the last second. I want to thank the Head Coach, who praised me during the week, for having the confidence in selecting me, I was ready to play. This is my 50th goal in Europe’s top-five leagues. It’s a great achievement, I should probably have even more, but I’m not finished yet.”
