Raffaele Palladino’s comments

Raffaele Palladino had the following to say after today’s defeat: “It’s a real shame. We come away from this game with regrets. The first half was excellent, and we approached it with great desire and spirit. We wasted chances to make it 2-0, and when we failed to take them, the game remained open. The difference was made by their quality, including the players they brought on from the bench, and our drop in physical intensity. I’ll take the many positives from the first 45 minutes, along with the areas we need to keep working on that were evident in the second half. We move forward with confidence.”
