Santiago Castro had the following to say after our Coppa Italia Frecciarossa triumph: “Tonight, I really wanted to be involved. I got injured at an important moment in the season, but I worked hard and am happy to be back. Today, we produced a great performance. I want to thank my family, my girlfriend and the Rossoblù family, who truly deserve this. It’s been an amazing season: at the beginning, with all the changes we went through, few believed we’d make it this far, but this family has broken many records and can still achieve so much more. I’d like to thank the coach – he’s the boss – and the entire staff: they’ve been incredible. Thanks also to the teammates who played with us in the first part of the season.”
