Poli: “We’ve not done enough so far”

Andrea Poli after today’s game:

“We had a good game today, Bologna hadn’t taken the game to the opposition away from home for some time but it wasn’t enough. We all need to accept our responsibilities, me first of all because we have 11 points and that’s not good enough.”

“On the pitch, the team showed that it’s alive but we need to go further and do more in every aspect to get out of this situation. Nothing is lost, we have the quality to do better. We need to be really on it at all times because if you get distracted, quality players can always score in Serie A so we must stay focused for the full 90 minutes and do more. In the dressing room, we’re angry about this situation but the group is united and we want to get out of it. Now, we have a tough run of games coming up and we can’t give up at all, they’re matches that bring extra motivation and we can’t make mistakes in them.”
