MORNING TRAINING IN CASTELDEBOLE: HELLAND AND HEGGEM BACK WITH THE GROUP

The Rossoblù continued their training in Casteldebole with a morning session at the Niccolò Galli training centre. Raffaele Palladino’s squad worked in the gym before moving on to a dynamic warm-up and a small-sided game.

Eivind Helland and Torbjorn Heggem joined the group for today’s session after returning from international duty with their respective national teams.

Jens Odgaard followed an individual training programme on the pitch.
