Mihajlovic: “We were focused and aggressive, well done everyone”

Sinisa Mihajlovic had this to say after the away win at Torino:

“We prepared for the game well and it showed. To score three goals and have two disallowed for offside by a matter of millimetres against one of the best defences in Serie A certainly isn’t easy. In the second half, we hung on a bit but did so under control. Torino are a very physical side and they gave it a go. I’m very happy for my guys and the Bologna fans, we’re showing to everyone that we play to win and not just to defend. The difference is made by always thinking positively and not crumbling when the going gets tough, you can hang on at times and not concede. Everyone did well, they were all focused and applied themselves, playing high and with aggression, confidence and consistency. We’re improving in terms of our finishing, we would deserve to stay up with how the team is doing now.”
