Pre-sale

The dates

The pre-sale begins at 10:00 CEST on 15/09, both online and at sales points.

From September 15 to 22 CEST September 16, purchases are reserved for season ticket holders, both on the APP and on Fidelity, who can buy up to 4 tickets per transaction for other people. The code (PNR for APP subscribers, n.fidelity for others) is single-use, allowing only one purchase transaction regardless of the number of tickets. During this phase, only WEB sales will be active.

From 10:00 CEST on 17/09 the remaining tickets will go on general sale, both online and at sales points.

NB: For purchases made online, the maximum limit of tickets that can be bought for each match is 4, as required by regulations, regardless of the phase in which they were purchased (e.g., purchasing 2 tickets in phase 1 for subscribers allows for the purchase of two more tickets in the phase for residents or during general sale).

Where to buy:

Online exclusively on the official website via the print@home procedure, which allows you to print your ticket directly at home or load it onto your phone’s Wallet (similar to how it’s done for air or train tickets). Click on the purchase button on the homepage. It is recommended to use a web browser from a desktop PC for the purchase.

Please note that for purchasing and admission, it is necessary to present an original personal identification document displaying the residence. New driver’s licenses or identity cards WITHOUT indication of residence are NOT VALID, as well as photocopies or photographs on smartphones.

Fans are invited to purchase tickets using the only authorized circuit, which is VIVATICKET. BFC is not responsible for any problems arising from purchases made at resellers or circuits not listed on this page.

Transfer of Tickets

In the absence of specific limitations imposed by the Observatory, THE TRANSFER OF THE TICKET HOLDER WILL BE ACTIVE STARTING ON 15/10.

Tickets purchased online and at sales points can execute the transfer of the ticket holder by clicking here. The procedure generates a receipt that the new user must bring to the stadium along with the original ticket.
