Double session in Valles

Pre-season training continued in Valles-Rio Pusteria as the Rossoblù held a double training session at the local sports centre, where the team are holding their summer training camp. Both the morning and afternoon sessions included gym work, activation exercises, technical-tactical drills and a small-sided game.

Emil Holm followed an individual programme in the gym and on the pitch, while Lewis Ferguson, who has now joined the squad following the World Cup, completed gym work and running drills on the pitch.
