Dijks trains in full

The team held an afternoon session today ahead of #MilanBFC on Saturday, doing both recovery and fitness work on the pitch and also training in the gym. Mitchell Dijks trained alongside his teammates. Tomorrow, the Rossoblù will get down to work in the afternoon behind closed doors.
