Di Francesco’s Italy U-21 goal sees him level Bologna record
With his goal yesterday in Southampton, his third for Italy Under-21s from four appearances after a brace against Andorra, Federico Di Francesco has levelled a record. He has equalled Giacomo Bulgarelli and Nicola Ventola as the top-scoring Rossoblu player with the Azzurrini. In total, Bologna players have scored 20 for Italy’s top youth side.
