De Maio: “We put in a good performance”

Sebastien De Maio had this to say when speaking in the mixed zone after #CagliariBFC on Sunday: “I think that 0-0 is a good result. We did well in terms of our performance, showing a different attitude to the one from against Crotone. We want to make the fans happy, starting once again on Sunday against Milan. I am doing good physically and I’m also feeling more confident. I like battling with physical centre-forwards, whereas I struggle with smaller, quicker strikers. We’ll keep looking to improve, aware that our four remaining games will be difficult, as Serie A is like this. Milan, Juventus, Chievo and Udinese are all fighting for something, so we’ll need to be at our best. Sau’s disallowed goal? I thought it touched a hand so it was the right decision.”
