Day becomes a new Premium Partner of Bologna
Bologna is pleased to announce the renewal of its partnership with Day, which will become one of the Club’s Premium Partners for the 2026/27 season. The agreement will also include Bologna FC 1909 Women, reflecting a shared commitment to supporting the growth of the Rossoblù project at every level.
Day specialises in developing solutions for employee benefits, meal vouchers, gift vouchers and services designed to promote wellbeing. For many years, it has supported businesses and public bodies in creating tailored programmes that help improve employees’ quality of life, encourage staff engagement and provide organisational and tax benefits. As part of the international Upcoop Group and as a benefit corporation, Day embeds innovation, sustainability and social impact into its operations, promoting a responsible model of growth centred on the needs of people and organisations.
The partnership is founded on shared values such as commitment to the local community, social responsibility and putting people first, principles that guide both Bologna FC 1909 and Day every day.
“I am convinced that, in sport as in business, we can achieve something alone, but it is by working together that we truly create value. Football proves this every Sunday: it takes talent, commitment, trust and, above all, a team. Becoming a Premium Partner of Bologna FC 1909 means sharing this same belief in teamwork, while also playing an active role in the area where we operate and work. Seeing Day’s new logo, which reflects our values of cooperation and connection between people, expertise and communities, alongside that of a club with such a rich history and such deep roots in Bologna has special meaning for me. It is a simple and tangible way to show what we believe: doing business means creating value, but also taking responsibility for the communities of which we are part. And, as in sport, the best results come when we play together,” said Marc Buisson, Chairman and CEO of Upcoop Group and President of Day S.p.A. Società Benefit.
“We are delighted to welcome Day as one of Bologna FC 1909’s Premium Partners and to extend this partnership to our women’s team,” said Christoph Winterling, Chief Revenue Officer of Bologna FC 1909. “Day has established itself as a leading name in employee benefits, combining innovation and sustainability with a focus on people. These are values with which our Club strongly identifies and which make this partnership particularly meaningful. We are confident that together we can develop valuable initiatives for our ecosystem and the entire Rossoblù community.”
