Bruno Petkovic’s career
He’s the second Croatian in Bologna’s history, a centre-forward born in 1994. At 192 cms tall, Bruno Petkovic is known for his physicality and he showed himself to be one of the top young talents in Serie B as Trapani made the playoff finals where they lost to Pescara.
Sergio Gasparin signed him for Catania in the summer of 2012 and he scored six in 19 for their Primavera side before making his Serie A debut on the final day of the 2012-13 season against Torino and it took two more seasons for him toe really establish himself. Naturally right-footed, he’s good at protecting the ball and he loves physical battles. He’s also technically good which aids his versatility considering his size. His best quality is undoubtedly his ability in the final third. With Trapani, he scored seven and delivered nine assists from 21 appearances.
