Riccardo Orsolini’s words after the match:

“There is a lot of excitement today at the Dall’Ara: it’s a moment where we play well, we do what the coach asks of us. We needed time to understand his reading of the game, now we’ve memorised his dynamics, we have a good relationship with Thiago Motta, we play well, we have fun, we win and our supporters are happy. If I come on in every game and score a goal I’ll ask the coach never to be a starter! Joking aside, I do what Thiago Motta asks me to do, trying to show him that I can play wherever he wants. It wasn’t easy against Torino: they’re a strong team, they man-mark all over the field and it’s difficult to find space, we knew we had to create and try to break their markings. I’m upset because I made a mistake at the end because I could have scored a brace, Marko did a fantastic job, I wasn’t expecting the ball and I got it wrong, but the joy of this victory goes beyond my mistake. It was a perfect day, I like scoring and I missed doing it in front of the fans”.
