Bernardeschi: “It hurts because we didn’t deserve to lose. Today our performance was commendable in terms of spirit; even with ten players, we conceded little and created a lot. It’s frustrating because we build so many chances but can’t finish them, while the opponents create less and still score, like today. We know this isn’t the easiest moment, but we have to bounce back. With hard work, sacrifice and team unity, we will overcome it. On Wednesday we play in the Coppa Italia, and it will be a great opportunity at home in front of our fans who always support us. It will be a special night—we have to put today’s defeat behind us and focus on playing a great match against Lazio”.
