Mihajlovic’s post-match thoughts

Sinisa Mihajlovic stated his thoughts after his team’s progression in the Coppa Italia: “We knew we were facing a difficult opponent that hadn’t yet lost a match in Serie B. The first half of the game was especially balanced, but we had the better of it following the second-half substitutions.  I liked how the guys played, they did what I’d asked them to do. Thoughts on Dominguez? Very positive. He won the ball back a lot, which was important. Da Costa is a different type of goalkeeper compared to Skorupski; we know what both of them can give us and they each have their own qualities. Today, Angelo did a great job with his feet, even though he was never particularly busy between the sticks. In the league, we’ll move forward with Lukasz starting”.
