Ferrari and Masina started for Italy Under-21s

Our two representatives performed well yesterday for the Italy Under-21 side during their goalless draw with Denmark in Bergamo. Alex Ferrari played the full match at centre-back and was consistently effective as he marked the Danish forwards. He also came close to breaking the deadlock while getting forward at the end. Adam Masina was also a starter for Di Biagio’s side before coming off for Barreca in the 73rd minute after working hard up and down the left flank.
