Former Bologna player Carlo Matteucci has died

The former Bologna winger from the 1940s and 1950s Carlo Matteucci has died at the age of 89. He made 72 appearances and scored seven goals for the club between 1945 and 1952. He was part of the side which won the 1945-46 Coppa Alta Italia. The whole of the club remembers Carlo with great affection and offers the most sincere condolences to his family.
