Bologna to visit Pinzolo for pre-season between 6 and 23 July
Pinzolo has such a love for football that it is again ready to welcome an important Serie A club. 42 years of training retreats speak for the success of what has become a tradition for the tourist destination in Trentino near to Madonna di Campiglio.
Between 6 and 23 July, Bologna Football Club 1909 will be there for pre-season. In the 1980s, the Rossoblu used to visit the nearby Spiazzo.
It’s a reason to be proud for Campiglio, Pinzolo and Val Rendena and it strengthens the relationship between the city of Bologna and the region of Emilia Romagna which provide some of the largest numbers of tourists both in summer and winter. There will be a number of chances for guests to discover the natural beauty outside of training starting with the Parco Naturale Adamello Brenta along with the Dolomites at the Adamello-Presanella group.
The training retreat will last for 17 days and include three weekends with four friendlies to be played in Pinzolo. As in previous camps, training will take place daily at the Pineta sports centre with public acess. There will also be a number of activities organised to entertain fans young and old.
This year, Azienda per il Turismo Madonna di Campiglio Pinzolo Val Rendena have played a key role in organising along with the Pinzolo and Val Rendena councils in collaboration with Trentino Marketing and the Autonomous Province of Trento.
