Soriano’s post-match comments

This is what Roberto Soriano had to say in an interview with Sky following today’s match: “It’s always great to win. Before the match, the Coach told us that we’d always performed but had been missing something. Today, we tried to make improvements: we were more physical, didn’t have to dig in much, scored and didn’t concede. It was a good display. Before taking to the pitch, we said that we all needed to do more. Today, we played as a team, and this is the Bologna that the Coach wants to see. A lack of incision in attack? It’s true, we often get into good attacking positions but then make mistakes. We need to be more clinical, but this is a group where no one cuts corners. If we all give everything for our teammates, results will come.”
