Socios fan tokens launched today

The official Bologna FC 1909 Fan Token $BFC, the digital asset that will grant Rossoblù fans worldwide unprecedented access to the seven-time Serie A champions, will be launched on Wednesday 24 November on the all-in-one influence and rewards app for sports fans across the world.

At 1.00 PM (CET), 125,000 $BFC Fan Tokens will be released priced at 2 euros on a first-come, first-served basis. The number of Tokens purchasable per user will be capped to ensure that no fan misses out on this opportunity. During the first wave (from 13:00 CET to 15:00 CET), the cap will be set at 25 Fan Tokens. In the second wave (until 17:00 CET), it will increase to 100.

A new array of opportunities to engage with and influence the club will be available for Bologna FC fans around the globe straight away. The first Fan Poll will be launched on the app as soon as the FTO is over. Fans will be able to choose the ‘coppola’ (traditional Sicilian hat) that Bologna manager Sinisa Mihajlovic will wear during the team’s next game.

The ‘coppola’ has been a crucial part of Mihajlovic’s look over the past couple of years, and fans have seen him wear them of all types and colours. Now, for the first time ever, the charismatic Serbian legend is letting the fans choose the design.  Fans will have the opportunity to choose which coppola he will wear in the game vs Roma on 1 December.

Apart from influencing key fan-related decisions, $BFC Fan Token holders can look forward to accessing exclusive discounts and promotions and opting to win unique prizes and rewards, from official products to VIP experiences. In addition, fans will be able to put their skills to the test against other users in games, competitions and quizzes, competing in global leaderboards, and earn real-life and digital rewards, benefits and experiences along the way.

$BFC Fan Token holders will also have the chance to experience’s geolocation, augmented reality feature ‘Token Hunt’ and opt to collect limited edition NFTs minted to commemorate the biggest moments of the tournament.

One $BFC Fan Token will be enough to vote on all the polls and to take part in all the Bologna FC-related app features; but the more tokens owned, the higher the influence and the more chances to earn rewards.
