“My goal? You always need to believe even when you probably shouldn’t get to the ball. I put the goalkeeper under pressure; I may have got a bit lucky but I believed and I scored. It was great to score in front of the curva. Our fans always give us such passionate support. It’s really nice to do well against the big teams; that’s what we set out to do at the start of the season and we have done so. You have to stay in the game until the final whistle. We haven’t done anybody any favours; we played for ourselves and for our fans. We’re happy to have won with the club president in attendance. We’re professionals and we want to win for him.”
