De Silvestri’s thoughts following tonight’s defeat

This is what Lorenzo De Silvestri had to say following Bologna’s defeat to Lazio:

“This is what Serie A is like: you need to remain composed and dig in. We produced another good performance, as we have done for the past three games, but the fact that we haven’t picked up any points means that we’re missing something. We need to be resilient, be more ruthless and believe in ourselves as we go into our upcoming matches. We’ve got a very young team but we have quality and lots of room to grow. I’m confident that the results will arrive. Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to keep any clean sheets, but we’re working on it. My goal? I got myself in the right position and managed to find the net.”
