Dall’Ara and Weisz to be inducted into the Italian Football Hall of Fame
At 15:30 CEST today, the Salone dei Cinquecento at the Palazzo Vecchio will host the awards ceremony for the Italian Football Hall of Fame. Set up in 2011 by the FIGC and the Italian Football Museum, the aim is to celebrate players, coaches, referees and directors who’ve played an unforgettable part in our football’s history.
Both Renato Dall’Ara and Arpad Weisz will today be inducted. The former was Bologna President for 30 years, while the latter led the Rossoblu to two Scudetti and also secured success in the 1937 Exhibition Tournament in Paris.
